We’re a diverse team of professionals – with expertise in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Data Science, Marketing Strategy, and Business Management – who are passionate about transforming the workplace.
Ideated in Ellicott City, MD, with seed funding from the Maryland Innovation Center, we have been developing research methodologies, collecting data and surveying businesses since 2022.
