Empathy Employer team
We’re a diverse team of professionals – with expertise in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Data Science, Marketing Strategy, and Business Management – who are passionate about transforming the workplace.
Ideated in Ellicott City, MD, with seed funding from the Maryland Innovation Center, we have been developing research methodologies, collecting data and surveying businesses since 2022.
The Empathy Employer team works remotely, allowing us to collaborate with the best talent and serve clients nationwide. We believe that by combining our diverse expertise and deep understanding of workplace dynamics, we can empower organizations to make a real difference in the lives of employees everywhere.
Our approach
We bring an innovative perspective to the realm of workplace assessments, awards and certifications.
Our data-driven proprietary assessment tool measures attributes of empathetic behaviors within an organization, helping them better understand their employees.
After surveying the employees, we analyze the results, tabulate the organizational Empathy Employer Index ℠ (EEI) score and summarize our findings, industry benchmark comparisons, and recommendations in an easy-to-understand management report.
